It Amazes me how so many listings I look at for my buyers Agents used there phones as a camera to shoot your house and they are presenting that to the market place.  It's even more amazing that some sellers have allowed that type of presentation to be a standard in the market place.

The problem isn't that this is a down market the problem is that market is demanding better presentations from internet savvy buyers.  Gone are the days of the Brick and Mortar brokerages where people walk in to find the lastest listings in the area. 

Today buyers are more knowledgable than most agents about the area because research is at your fingertips.  It's a click away.  Buyers want less of a business relationship with the agent.  They want a friendship and they buy from you before we ever talk to them.
